Work at Home Mums
Most of my friends tell me that having children is one of the most rewarding things that they have ever done.
However, with the onset of the patter of tiny feet came the decision of whether to stay at home and become a full time mum or to return to work.
For my friends who stayed at home the loss of an income was sometimes a bit of a struggle. Many of them tried to find home-working opportunities only to find scam after scam about stuffing envelopes, typing adverts, filling in forms or making phone calls. Some of them even lost money going down this route.

Don’t get me wrong, there are genuine opportunities out there. Childminding for other mums, delivering catalogues, perhaps even part time cleaning or bar work. But do you want more than this?
One of these friends of mine set up her own internet business selling jewellery. When I spoke to her over a glass of wine she explained how easy she had found it. She had found a niche market and then she used SiteSell to build and manage her website.
She said building her website was like playing blocks with the children, you literally stack one on top of another.
